Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy where you have 45 days from the purchase date to request a return. To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, in original packaging with receipt for proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and refund will not be accepted, shipping costs are not refundable. Fee free to contact us to ask questions prior via steven@yarravalleypowersaws.com.au

 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who will use products in an unsafe manner or who's intent is defamatory in nature.

 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at steven@yarravalleypowersaws.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
